For care and cleaning we recommend simply wiping down the urn with a soft dampened cloth and a bit of warm soapy water if needed. Avoid using chemical cleaners. Avoid placing the urn in an area where the sun will shine directly on it. Keep the urn away from a direct source of heating or cooling.

Our unique cremation urns are handmade one at a time using traditional woodworking techniques that have been passed down from generations. After a fine sanding, the urn is completed with several coats of a durable hand rubbed finish which highlights the natural beauty of the wood. The inside is also finished with a hand rubbed natural bee’s wax and orange oil blend.
Although it is not mandatory to seal the urn, it may be permanently sealed using a small bead of wood glue or silicone sealer.
